Do I get free shipping?

Free Standard Delivery is available on orders over $50 with destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. Rates for other states and territories will be calculated at checkout based on destination. Orders below $50 will be subject to a $7 Standard Delivery fee.

Expedited Delivery is available for an additional fee at checkout.

 

What are your shipping methods?

For our Standard Delivery we use different carriers like USPS, UPS, and DHL  based on package size, service type, and destination. Expedited Delivery is also an option for an extra fee. All orders are shipped from Sacramento, CA.

 

How long until I get my package?

Usually, you'll receive your order within 5 weekdays, after we ship it. All the orders are sent from Monday to Friday, and weekend orders are processed on Mondays. Delivery times might be affected by external events. You can expect tracking information to update within 24 hours, and please let us know as soon as possible if you want to make a change to your order.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to only some countries due to global shipping rate increases and delays. Please keep in mind that any extra import duties and fees charged by the carrier before delivery is released are your responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping charges for returned orders.

 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we do! However, we can only ship to P.O. boxes through USPS and their delivery options.

 

What if I make a mistake on my address?

If you make a mistake on your address, please contact us immediately! Email us at birdieatelier@gmail.com and we can help you from there.

Note: If your order has been already sent or has been returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

 

What if my order gets lost?

If your order has been lost, don't worry! Please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance:

While we'll do our best to help with shipping issues, you'll have a better chance of finding a lost package by contacting the carrier directly. They may even reach out to your delivery driver to locate your package.

 

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible so we can help you. However, if you've already received your tracking number, we're unable to make any changes and you'll have to wait for the items to arrive. Then you contact us again and we'll work to find the best solution for you.
