As you know, we are a slow fashion brand, that means our clothes may take a bit longer to get to you, but that's because we put a lot of love and care into making them. We believe that taking the time to create clothing the right way is worth it, even if it means a little bit of extra waiting time for you. You don't need an account to place an order, but it's cool to have one!
On your account you can check your order history, save addresses, easily track orders and much more. For free ;)

Most orders are shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation, but we will try our best so you can have your pieces as soon as possible. We're excited about see you wearing it too!
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible so we can help you.
For changes please add on the email all the information you would like to update. We’ll do our best to update your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
However, if it has been sent and you've already received your tracking number, we're unable to make any changes and you'll have to wait for the items to arrive. Then you contact us again and we'll work to find the best solution for you.
Contact birdieatelier@gmail.com and include a photo of the damage(s) or of the wrong item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping
We do our best so you can have an smooth experience and get your order as quickly as possible.
But don't worry if something goes wrong. We're here to help you sort things out!
Usually, you'll receive your order within 5 business days, after we ship it.
All the orders are sent from Monday to Friday, and weekend orders are processed on Mondays.
After your order has been completed, a tracking number will be created and sent to you via email. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Remember that delivery times might be affected by external events, but you can always track your order trough your account or here.
If you make a mistake on your address, please contact us immediately!

Note: If your order has been already sent or has been returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
If your order has been lost, don't worry! Please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance:

While we'll do our best to help with shipping issues, you'll have a better chance of finding a lost package by contacting the carrier directly. They may even reach out to your delivery driver to locate your package.
We currently ship to only some countries due to global shipping rate increases and delays. But please email us with all the information and we can help you from there.
Please keep in mind that any extra import duties and fees charged by the carrier before delivery is released are your responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping charges for returned orders.
Yes, we do! However, we can only ship to P.O. boxes through USPS and their delivery options.
