Can I update my order before it has been shipped?

Contact with the information you would like to update. We’ll do our best to update your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to your order if you contact us more than 12 hours after your order has been placed (not including weekends). We usually ship orders within 5 business days of your order date, so please contact us as soon as you know you have an issue.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible so we can help you. However, if you've already received your tracking number, we're unable to make any changes and you'll have to wait for the items to arrive. Then you contact us again and we'll work to find the best solution for you.

Why isn't my promo code working?
